1- Will the arrangement delivered look just like the picture?
Yes and no. Because, our supply chain involves different parties (farmers, transportation, wholesalers), we cannot always guarantee the availability of each and every flower. Also, floristry being an art, each designer might add his or her own touch, resulting in slight alterations. Rest assured however that, unlike most florists, we make it a priority to ensure that we send an arrangement as close to the picture as possible, if not better.
2- Can I just stop by the shop and get an arrangement?
Yes, you can just stop by and get an arrangement. We try to always have arrangements on display for walk-in customers. Some arrangements are fresher than others, but they will all have at least one week left and will be priced accordingly.
3- What makes Fleur De Lis unique?
Our main goal is to provide you with flowers that will accurately depict how you feel, and speak louder than your words. Despite being only humans, we go above and beyond to make sure that both sender and recipient are 100% satisfied with our products and customer service.
4- What if I have a complaint about the flowers?
Despite our efforts to make sure that we provide impeccable service and products, we are only humans and therefore are subject to errors. If you have any issues at all regarding the flowers delivered, please send us the text message "COMPLAINT" at 408-687-5300 with the last 5 digits of your order number and full name, and we will reach out to you in a timely manner to address the issue.
